TERMS & RETURNS — HALFWAY POINT

We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely fulfillment, therefore changes cannot be made once an order has entered our system. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may initiate a return once delivered in accordance with our return policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to customs regulations, shipping costs, and import fees, international purchases are considered final once shipped. Please carefully review your order details, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional time for tracking updates to become available.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During high-volume releases, sales, or special launches, shipping times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

HALFWAY POINT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages after shipment.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
